We bring your design to life, collaborating with design and production teams to ensure the final product meets your needs, is thoroughly tested, and maintains quality and consistency throughout its product lifecycle. Once the product passes all criteria and receives your final approval, it is designated as "buy ready." 

KEY DEVELOPMENT STEPS

1. Color Separation: Our skilled technical production artists work closely with designers and production engineers to ensure accurate, repeatable execution of the graphic design.
 
2. Tooling: Films and screens are created, and inks are formulated. We select the appropriate mesh counts, squeegee durometers, and angles to maintain design accuracy. All specifications are recorded and logged by the development team. 


3. Strike Off: Physical samples are produced and placed on forms to ensure accurate placements and exact Pantone color matching. Images are provided to the customer for approval or adjustments. Once approved, a production matrix is created. 


4. Testing: Physical samples are sent to the quality department for wash testing. Once the prototype meets all criteria, it is returned to the development team for preparation and release to production “buy ready.” 

As your program scales, so does the scope of your collection. We follow the same development process for custom yarns, fabrics, colors, fits, construction details, surface designs, and novelty finishes.
