USA cotton fiber is spun into yarn

3. KNITTING

Yarn is knitted into fabric

4. DYEING

Fabric is dyed and finished

Fabric is cut and sewn into garments

6. EMBELLISHING

Screen printing, embroidery, novelty dyeing treatments etc

7. PACKAGING

By folding, tagging, collating, packing and shipping your orders straight to each retail door location—prepared to go straight from the box to the store display—you’ll see substantial reductions in lead times, costs per unit and carbon footprint.

FREE TRADE

All of our cotton fiber comes from the United States and is spun and knitted in Mexico, enabling our product to qualify for preferential FREE TRADE status is not only United States, Canada & Mexico—through the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)—but also the entire European Union under the Movement Certificate (EUR1).
