Frequently Asked Questions
What are your minimums?
Programs start at 4 graphics, 300 units per graphic and 150 units per colorway.
How long does production take?
Programs deliver on 30, 60 or 90-day timelines depending on styles, decoration and quantities. We set the calendar around your launch date.
Do you charge for design and development?
No. It is built into your unit price. If delivery is more than six months out from development, we invoice that work up front and credit it back in full on your production invoice.
Can you go beyond your core styles?
Yes. We offer screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, transfers and specialty washes and dyes. Custom fabrics, fits and colors are available in our Scale program and can affect lead times and minimums.
